Every item is unique. There will be variations in every product.

Sewn items are "fussy cut" for the best placement of images. 3D printed items are done either in black or grey filament. However, please feel free to reach out to us if you have a special request. All items come UNPAINTED. Painting the 3d printed houses does not require special paints. Acrylic paints work best. Priming is not necessary but can assist in the process of achieving your final vision.

PLEASE DO NOT leave 3d printed houses in direct sunlight in your car or within the trunk for extended periods of time! Also leaving them outside in the weather is NOT recommended. They will melt and or distort.

If you would like to create an outdoor village that CAN be done! Message us and we will speak to the Legendary Tinker Gnome in charge.

If an item is out of stock and you need/want it please message us with the house number. Mama Carol is doing her best to keep the shopping part of the website streamlined. However, the print on demand part of the system is frustrating her at best currently.
